Addressing a cremony on Monday, Brigadier Hasan Mokfi said, "According to the announcement of the Iranian Interior Minister, 3$ billion has been allocated for the implementation of this project."
The implementation of a four-meter concrete wall, barbed wire, fence and road will be implemented in this project within three years, Mokfi said.
The project will be implemented in the northeastern region including the provinces of Mazandaran, Golestan, Razavi Khorasan, North Khorasan, South Khorasan, and Semnan.
